We have a team of highly skilled talented joiners that have various roles, and are always ensuring we are producing high-quality staircase parts. We believe in our manufacturing methods are based on absolute quality and accuracy in all our bannister products, from purchases of raw materials to making deliveries on time.

Stair Refurb Fitting Service

We offer in Tamworth and local area, a stair refurb fitting service just for stair parts.

We also work alongside local carpenters and can recommend local carpenters to Tamworth and local areas for all types of staircase refurbishments, stair renovations and stair refurbishments.

Delivery

We recommend ordering a minimum of 3 to 4 Weeks before any trades men are booked to fit any stair parts.

All of our products are delivered to your door direct using a third-party courier service. Deliveries typically take place between the hours of 08:30 am & 18:30 pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature.

Once your order has been picked & packaged, we ship using an overnight delivery service which allows us, in the majority of cases, to deliver your order on a day so that you can arrange for someone to be in to accept the delivery. Please note some orders that are of long lengths, could take a few extra days to deliver due to the size and weight.

Due to the nature of some products (for example; irregular long lengths and shapes) we cannot give any timed deliveries either. We can help you track your parcel on the given delivery day after 11 am.
